These terms apply when a station is submitted to Radio La Voix Divine for review and possible listing.
Submitter Responsibility
- You confirm that you own, operate, represent, or have permission to submit the station and stream URL.
- You are responsible for the station stream, website, logos, images, descriptions, and all content broadcast through the station.
- Radio La Voix Divine is not responsible for content provided by submitted stations or third-party broadcasters.
Copyright and Music Rights
- You must have all required rights, licenses, and permissions for music, programs, recordings, images, trademarks, and other content used by your station.
- We do not support copyright-infringing music or unauthorized content.
- If a copyright, trademark, or rights complaint is received, we may remove or suspend the station without notice.
Prohibited Content
- No hate speech, harassment, threats, abuse, violent extremism, illegal activity, fraud, or content that targets people based on protected characteristics.
- No sexually exploitative content, unlawful content, malware, scams, or content that violates applicable laws or platform rules.
- Stations must not mislead listeners or impersonate another person, station, company, or organization.
Review, Removal, and Reports
- Submission does not guarantee approval or continued listing.
- We may approve, reject, suspend, edit, or remove a station at any time to protect listeners, the platform, or legal compliance.
- If your station is reported, we may contact you at the email address you provided and may remove the station while the report is reviewed.
No Legal or Financial Promise
- Listing a station does not create an employment, partnership, agency, sponsorship, or payment relationship unless a separate written agreement exists.
- The service is provided as available, with no guarantee of uptime, placement, audience size, earnings, or continued access.
- You agree to hold Radio La Voix Divine harmless from claims related to your station content, stream, rights, licensing, or submitted materials.
