Copyright counter-notice
Use this only when material was removed following a copyright complaint and you believe the removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification. A counter-notice can have legal consequences. Consider legal advice before submitting. A valid counter-notice includes your signature, identification and previous location of the removed material, your contact details, and the sworn statement and jurisdiction/service-of-process consent below. Relevant information, including your contact details, may need to be forwarded to the original complainant.
